Last Updated: October 2025

Welcome to Social Therapist Co., home of the Social Therapist Content Club™, a membership platform offering digital products, templates, courses, coaching, and educational resources tailored for therapists and private practice owners.

By accessing or using our website and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

1. General Provisions

This website and all associated digital content are owned and operated by Social Therapist Co., an Alberta-based company.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use this website. Use of this site and all products is at your own risk. We host our content on reputable platforms (such as Kajabi, Stripe, and Canva) and take reasonable precautions to maintain secure operations, but we make no guarantees as to uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Memberships and Digital Product Access

a. Membership Access

By purchasing a subscription to the Social Therapist Content Club (STCC), you gain access to digital materials, templates, tutorials, and resources as described at the time of purchase. Access is limited to the duration of your active membership.

b. Payment and Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 3 business days before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

c. Refunds and Guarantee

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

We offer a 30-Day Results Guarantee on regular-price monthly memberships only. To qualify, members must:

Use the system as instructed (complete the planning process, customize and post at least 8 pieces of content, and follow batching steps outlined in the Club).

Chose to pay in full upfront for full access to the system, with no trial period.

Provide screenshots of Instagram Insights showing metrics before and after 30 days of consistent use.

Submit a refund request within 35 days of sign-up to [email protected] with proof of implementation.

If you’ve completed the above steps and have not seen any measurable increase in growth, reach, or engagement, we’ll issue a full refund.

Note: This guarantee does not apply to discounted or promotional offers (including Founding Member and Black Friday pricing).

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are issued for instant downloads, templates, or course materials once accessed.

3. Intellectual Property Notice

All content—including but not limited to text, designs, graphics, templates, videos, trademarks, and other materials—is the intellectual property of Social Therapist Co. or the properly attributed creator.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our materials without prior written consent. Modification or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited.

You may share excerpts only with clear credit and a direct link back to the original page or resource. Claiming our materials as your own is a violation of federal law and may result in legal action.

4. Acceptable Use and Ethical Compliance

As a therapist or helping professional, you agree to use our templates and content ethically and in accordance with your regulatory college’s advertising guidelines (e.g., CRPO, CCPA, APA, or similar).

You may not use the Social Therapist Content Club resources to:

Misrepresent qualifications, scope of practice, or client outcomes

Provide clinical advice to non-clients through social media

Resell or redistribute templates, captions, or training materials

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to [email protected].
