Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years working in marketing, branding, social media, and entrepreneurship.

I built businesses, worked with brands around the world, and helped entrepreneurs grow online through content marketing, strategy, automation, and systems.

Then everything changed when I started my practicum. Shortly after my placement began, I found out I was pregnant.

And suddenly, the traditional path into the therapy world didn’t feel realistic anymore.

Trying to find a new job while 8 months pregnant felt next to impossible — especially knowing I wanted the flexibility and freedom to be present as a first-time mom while still earning an income and continuing to grow as a therapist.

So instead of waiting for someone to give me an opportunity…

I built my own private practice.

Not because I had everything figured out.

But because I knew there had to be another way.

A way to create meaningful work, financial stability, flexibility, and freedom — without sacrificing my mental health in the process.

And honestly? That experience completely changed the way I approach business coaching for therapists.
